Coral Cavern offers standard shipping that typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. If you combine a seaweed product with any coral purchase, your entire order ships free of charge. We pack all livestock with care to ensure safe arrival, using insulated boxes and heat/cold packs as needed depending on the season.

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order, as we cannot take responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your shipment is delayed by the carrier, we will work with you to find a reasonable resolution, though delays caused by severe weather or carrier mechanical issues may not be eligible for coverage under our livestock guarantee.
