Yes, you can cancel your order. You have two options: receive store credit that remains valid for 1 year, or opt for a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee.
If you are not ready for delivery, we can hold your order within certain limits. Coral orders can be held for up to 2 weeks, and fish orders can be held for a maximum of 5 business days. All completed sales of live livestock are final β we do not accept returns or issue cash refunds on live animals. However, if livestock arrives deceased or does not survive within the applicable guarantee window, we will issue store credit per our Livestock Protection Promise.
